Welcome to @EmeraldBayEscape, a super nice and comfortable 1bd/1bth condo, centrally located in the Long Beach Resort in the heart of Panama City Beach, FL, close to many great shops, restaurants and activities for all ages. Upon entering the condo, you are immediately hit with the overwhelming beautiful Gulf views through the large floor to ceiling panoramic sliding glass doors in both the living room and main bedroom.

This Tower 1, 8th floor unit has been beautifully updated with new stainless-steel appliances in a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, we provide a front load washer and dryer, elegant white quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, a new comfortable couch with a deluxe queen 6" memory foam pull out mattress for maximum comfort, stylish high-top bar stools, a plush leather swivel /rocker recliner, and an extremely comfortable king size bed. This unit offers the most private and widest balconies on the beach with new bar height patio furniture.

The minimum age to stay at this property is 25 (per HOA requirements).

A starter pack of trash bags, paper products, toiletries and coffee are provided which should last a couple of days. Guests should be prepared to bring additional supplies for longer stays.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed (again, per HOA requirements).

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
